SsangYong have launched the Tivoli XLV, an extended body of its Tivoli SUV.
The Tivoli XLV 1.6 diesel manual 2WD will be priced from £18,250 with automatic variant starting from £19,250. Manual 4×4 will be also available from £19,500 and £20,500 for the 4×4 with automatic transmission.
Sharing the same platform as the Tivoli, the XLV has a lengthened body from behind the C pillar which sees an increase of 238mm over the normal Tivoli.
SsangYong believe the Tivoli XLV will appeal to the likes of families, dog owners and golfers with its versatile room.
Tivoli XLV will come with a Euro 6 1.6 litre diesel engine and will come in 2WD or 4×4 and have manual or automatic transmissions.
Safety is a huge part of the Tivoli XLV with 7 airbags coming as standard along with Active Rollover Protection, Brake Assist, Hill Start Assist, tyre pressure monitoring system, multi-function Electronic Stability Program, Emergency Stop Signal and a warning reminder on all five seat belt positions.
Standard spec sees dual zone automatic air con, 7” touch screen, USB/AUX port, iPod & Bluetooth connectivity, Tom-Tom sat-nav, infotainment system with RDS radio and a rear view camera. On top of this, there’s parking sensors front and rear, automatic headlights, rain sensing wipers, cruise control and roof rails.
