Lexus have taekn their opportunity at the LA Auto Show to unvail a new convertible version of the LF coupe.
Although just a concept for the moment, the LF-C2 is a fully formed design study that concevably could become drop-top version of the Japanese firm new RC coupe.
Why do we think it could be coming out in the not too distant future? Because it retains a huge amount of the design concept from the RC.
What it definitely is is a 2+2 convertible that gets the signature big front grille, triangular LED headlights, front bumper vents, chrome tipped exhaust pipes, a new rear diffuser and five spoke 20inch alloy wheels.
Inside it takes the RC’s interior and adds a big touchscreen to remove the sea of dials and buttons and decked it in white, blue and off-yellow.
No word on engines as this is a concept, but considering its a barely disguised RC we shouldn’t expect to wait too long for more information.
