Infiniti Q80 Inspiration concept carwitter 491x327 - Infiniti Q80 to debut in Paris - Infiniti Q80 to debut in Paris

Infiniti, the luxury arm of Nissan that is on a crusade to make a proper foothold in Europe, have announced their new executive four-door concept the Q80 Inspiration will debut in Paris next month.

At 5052mm long and 2027m wide this is big, but at just 1350mm tall on 22inch alloys it is bound to look pretty special.

Only one image is available to us, this rear render, which shows a three part, almost pod-like roof, broad shoulders and slick angular lights.

There are slashes everywhere, one behind the front wheels, one between the rear lighs and two that make the design line that joins the brakelights to the inbuilt quad exhausts.

It certainly means business, and Infiniti say it will have a novel 1+1+1+1 seating arrangement, giving each occupant a dedicated area.

What we do know is it will carry advanced adaptive suspension, and acoustic glass and will be seen for the first time on October 2.
