Audi have announced a new three cylinder TFSI petrol engine for its entry level A1.
Helping bring the entry price to a still frankly ridiculously high £14,315 you can now order one in either SE or Sport trim levels.
The 1.0 litre engine will get you from 0-62 in 10.9 seconds, it also has a top speed of 116 MPH. It has 94 BHP and 104 Nm of torque.
As standard it comes with a 5 speed manual gearbox, but you can opt for a 7 speed S Tronic twin clutch arrangement…if you’re feeling particularly flush.
Combined MPG is quoted at 67.3 whilst Co2 is 97g/km.
