Bentley must be very pleased with themselves, the first time the GT3 has been raced in competition it has achieved 4th place. The Team M-Sport prepped car was in 3rd position after the first 6 hour session, but in the closing 2 hours a Kessel Racing 458 won a fierce battle.
The final few minutes were filled with worry as damage to the Bentleys underfloor started causing sparks, thankfully it was nursed to the finish line – maintaining that 4th place.
The next outing for the Bentley will be at the start of Blancpain 2014 season, at Monza on 12th April.
