The all-new Peugeot 3008 is now available to order from next month with the first cars arriving late January 2017.
Trim levels will have a choice of four which include Active, Allure, GT Line and the range topping GT.
Prices will start from £21,795 for the Active trim level which is fairly generous with standard spec.
There’s also a vast amount of safety systems including adaptive driver and front passenger airbags, front and rear curtain airbags, automatic emergency braking system, Dynamic Stability Control, Electronic Anti-skid System, driver attention alert system, Isofix, cruise control and speed limiter.
In car tech for the Active gets a 12.3″ head-up digital instrument panel, DAB radio, Mirrorlink, Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth, USB connection and 6-speaker radio which is MP3 compatible.
Move up to the Allure and you get addition of TomTom sat-nav and voice recognition. GT Line improves this further with a smartphone charging plate.
There will be a range of engines available for the new Peugeot 3008. Petrol engines on offer are the 1.2-litre PureTech 3-cylinder turbo engine and the 1.6L THP. Power outputs will be 130hp and 165hp.
The PureTech 130 is available as a 6 speed manual or a 6 speed EAT6 automatic. The 165hp is only available as 6-speed EAT6 automatic.
They’ll be four diesel engines and will start with a 1.6L BlueHDi which produces 120hp. The GT will come with a 2.0L BlueHDi which is paired up with EAT6 automatic gearbox and produces 180hp.
