Abarth Announces Limited 695 Biposto Record

Fiat’s performance division Abarth have announced that a new limited edition 695 biposto called the Record. The car is Abarth’s celebration of its racing heritage.

Only 133 cars will be produced – same amount of records held by Abarth. It’s also the 50th anniversary of the day when Carlo Abarth broke an acceleration record in a Class G car at the Monza race track.

The Record will come in an exclusive Modena Yellow paint with contrasting Tar Cold Grey trim. The 695 Record will also feature 18-inch OZ alloy wheels, large Brembo brakes and an Akrapovic exhaust.

The interior will see Sabelt carbon shell seats, special instrument animation, four point seatbelts, a cargo net and a unique numbered plate.

The Record car is still powered by the same 190hp 1.4 Turbo T-Jet 16-valve engine seen in the Biposto which achieves 0-62mph in 5.9 seconds with a top speed is 143mph.

The 695 Biposto Record is on sale now starting from £36,610.
