Mercedes AMG have arguably stolen the Paris show with their veritable bow wave of new metal. The AMG GT and C63 are the spearhead campaigners for the new variable output 4.0 twin turbo V8 donkey developed to shoulder the next and foreseeable generations of higher up performance Mercedes.
As of their unveiling the AMG GT comes in standard and S variations sporting 475BHP and 510BHP respectively. The C63 offers similar states of tune under the same badging.
Mercedes clearly do know how to introduce a car, or rather a new engine in this case, as the centrepiece for their display are the three new models. Watch out M3 and R8.
