Nissan unveiled the 2014 X-Trail. Gone are the square boxy lines we have always known, and in comes the muscular, stylish look of the Juke and Qashqai.
In fact it looks very Murano ish, as well as not looking too dissimilar to the current generation Hyundai Sante Fe / Honda CR-V
It will be available in over 190 countries worldwide, in the USA it will be renamed the Rogue.
Said to be just as capable off road as the current model Nissan have focussed on its on road driving characteristics to help refine the X-Trail.
Front wheel drive will most likely be standard, and a newly improved 2.0 litre diesel powerplant. Standard kit levels will also increase.
A seven seat model is in the pipeline. We are awaiting further specs and details.
